Ryze Community provides a place to learn, collaborate and discuss new and existing features. The community includes documentation for ryze users, administrators and developers. Ryze community can be accessed by clicking the new Community button.
Look and feel improvements as well as bug fixes have been made to change request functionality. You can now view and filter items by Due Date.
Plugins > Custom Attributes
When editing Plugins, the Custom Attribute editor now opens as a separate modal for improved usability.
The new dissociate button allows you to quickly dissociate child assets from a parent, for example, dissociating Terms in a Terminology. You can also choose to delete an asset along with dissociating, if the asset is referenced by another asset, then a warning is displayed before deletion.
Configure Asset Browse Properties
You can now choose how assets are displayed in ryze using the Configure asset browse properties filter.
You can now configure what properties are displayed and the order they are displayed for the asset Label, Name, Identifier and Type properties. Term assets can be configured to display their Term code property. You can set a default template for all assets or configure each type of asset individually.
Standards/Studies > Compliance
Repository users can now see an overview of compliance status within a Standard/Study or Asset Group. Compliance now displays a percentage of Compliant, Deviating, or Non-Standard assets. Clicking one of these options opens a list of related assets.
When viewing assets, the compliance status is displayed, for example, deviating assets now display a red cross icon to indicate if there is a compliance issue with one of its properties.
When viewing a list of assets, Required and Permissible assets are displayed by default. Not Suggested assets are hidden by default, you can click the show Not Suggested assets button to display Not Suggested assets.
